Noble DraKoln, Founder and Chief Trader

Noble DraKoln founded Liverpool Capital Management (LCM) after becoming a licensed broker at the age of nineteen (19), authoring six (6) trading books, owning a brokerage firm for several years, and founding a trading education company. Needless to say his eighteen (18) years in the industry have been well spent.

He is a regular contributor to Fox Business News, television and radio, and has been quoted on CNBC, and invited to CNN multiple times.. He is a featured speaker on trading futures forex and options around the world and is considered one of the world's top experts.

He is also the author of the books Trade Like a Pro, Winning the Trading Game, published by Wiley and Sons, and the author of four book "Small Speculators Series". Throughout his 18 year career he maintained focus on bringing two seemingly divergent perspectives of investing, the professional approach and the retail approach, together into his books, courses, and videos.

At the age of 29 he became the interim editor of Futures Magazine's newsletter "Trends in Futures". Twice a month he put out a four page newsletter detailing the ins and outs of futures trading. His focus was primarily on money management and trade management. In association with the newsletter he also put out daily trade recommendations

He has been a contributing writer to Forbes Magazine, Investopedia, Futures Magazine, eSignal, SFO, Currency Trader, the British and German based trader magazine “Traders”,Technical Analysis of Stocks and Commodities, and Cornerstone Institutional Investors Magazine, and many more.

Mr. DraKoln has also had the great fortune of working closely with the Bucharest Commodities Exchange and the Romanian Futures Exchange as both a consultant and featured speaker. As an economic ambassador of the United States of America International Development Agency (USAID) , he has represented Romania's interest in using futures as a risk management tool in front EU ascension representatives.

Due to his international experience he has been invited to speak on multiple occasions at the l'Analyse Technique Expo in Paris, France multiple times along with being a featured speaker in Frankfurt, Germany.

His books have been translated into German, Romanian, and is currently being translated into Chinese, Korean, and Spanish.
